Man- The Divorce last night was rockin! We got there early as usual and the side door was open and they were doing sound checks. So we just went in and sat down to watch. When it was about time for the show to start they closed the doors and basically just let all of us who were in there early watching the sound checks in for free. Rockin'!

One of the opening groups was really awesome too- The Lucid. Apparently they've only been together a few months but they sound amazing! They don't have a website or anything and I'm bummed because I don't know when I'm going to be able to see them again! Cutter thinks the lead singer was kind of flirting with me- I was in the very front and he came over and sang right in my face to me a few times, it was pretty awesome.

Before the show started I harassed the members of The Divorce and got my picture taken with them. (!!!) I was such a dork, I loved it. They played a ton of songs off their new album which will be released in September so that was really awesome to hear. But now I'm anxious for the new album to come out!

The month of music has begun and is rockin'!
